The Hillsborough Citizen’s Alliance, a 501(c)4 organization was founded in 2020 with the express purpose of promoting good local government in Hillsborough. The Alliance believes strongly in the principles of accountability, accessibility, transparency, candor, civic participation and respect for due process in Hillsborough local government. A citizen-founded organization composed of Hillsborough residents, we are non-partisan and welcome organizational and financial participation from all of our neighbors.
